Not only is complaining a bad habit, it’s a time-waster on top of it. Gossiping falls into the same category. Instead of complaining or gossiping about problems and teammates, use that time to resolve the issue and move on. Rising above is always more rewarding.
People were not made to sit in front of a computer for eight hours straight. Take regular breaks throughout the day to say hi to your office friend, go on a quick walk or get a healthy snack.
Smiling is great for many reasons, but one of the best is that it naturally releases endorphins to lift your mood! So even when smiling is the last thing you want to do, forcing one will eventually turn into a genuine smile.

Your surroundings truly do have an impact on your attitude! Personalize your workspace with pictures and other things to bring your work environment to life.
Build Bonds with Coworkers
Try to gravitate toward and spend time with the positive people in your office, because positivity is infectious! As you build friendships with these teammates, it will become easier to roll with the punches.
Unplug at the End of the Day
Let yourself recharge after work; unplug and relax! It might be tempting to constantly check your email on your smartphone, but resisting will help you feel more refreshed when you go back to the office for a new day.
