Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 – Eric Born, Managing Director of Medix IT, a division of Medix that specializes in placing qualified Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), Infrastructure and Application Development professionals, will present the “Five Hot Skills for Advancement in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT)” at the 2014 HIMSS Annual Conference and Exhibition on Monday, Feb. 24.

Attendees will also understand HIT’s skill shortage and learn how to stand out as job candidates. Born’s presentation will be at 1 p.m. ET in the Career Service Center within the Orange County Convention Center.

“I am excited to present at HIMSS14 and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to positively impact the attendees by giving them information to help begin their HIT careers,” said Born.
