The "Right Fit" is Medix’s proven placement process designed to guarantee that both our clients and contract employees are fully satisfied. By adhering to the "Right Fit" process, we ensure our clients receive the highest caliber candidates to support their key initiatives. The process starts with building strong relationships to understand our clients' specific staffing needs. We enter our extensive sourcing and screening process, consisting of both phone screens and face-to-face interviews. We then match our clients’ openings with candidates that best fit the positions and their company.

During this process, we work hard to secure solid relationships with our contract employees and understand their skills and aspirations. We use this knowledge to assist them in marketing their skills and securing gratifying positions.
