To earn this, our processes around talent screening, placement, and retention were rigorously evaluated. Not only did the TJC award us with the Gold Seal of Approval, but they did so without a single recommendation to improve our processes.
More important than the certification itself is what this means for our clients. Our certification validates our commitment to processes which lead to providing better talent to our clients. Ultimately, this translates to safer, more effective patient care.
