(Chicago, IL) September 19, 2023 – Medix, a top healthcare and life sciences staffing agency, has been awarded the American Staffing Association (ASA) Care Award for 2023 in recognition for its philanthropy work through the Talentomorrow Foundation. The award recognizes outstanding social responsibility initiatives among ASA member companies every two years.

Talentomorrow’s mission is to positively impact and empower the growth of high school students, higher education students, aspiring professionals, job seekers, and those looking to upskill to achieve their true potential. Medix partners with several organizations such as Camp Hometown Heroes, Greenhouse Scholars, The Raining Season (TRS), and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital to support annual causes in addition to running their own philanthropic initiatives.

Medix and Talentomorrow also provide the Talentomorrow Talent Scholarship. This annual scholarship program, now in its third year, has awarded eight scholarships to Medix talent to support their educational endeavors. Over 230 current and former Medix talent applied for this year’s scholarships with healthcare professionals Leslie Esteban, Kriston Bonds, Jennifer Miller, and Maria Vera being selected as recipients.
