Washington, DC, August 2, 2022— Medix today announced that Senior Business Development Manager Chloe Giffin has been awarded a Women in Leadership Scholarship by the American Staffing Association.
Only five years into her career, Chloe Giffin is becoming a changemaker within the staffing industry through her steadfast commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Chloe is both the leader of Medix’s women’s impact group and a Senior Business Development Manager focused within the clinical research space. In these roles, she seeks to create a space that welcomes transparency, vulnerability and allows for everyone to grow together. As a top producer at Medix, Chloe has had the opportunity to impact lives by connecting top job seekers with the right employers, as well as impact teammates through mentorship, championing DEI and being an advocate for mental health.
Established in 2020, the Women in Leadership Scholarship program honors rising stars who show exemplary professional growth potential and a commitment to a career in the staffing and recruiting industry. Giffin is one of just eight awardees chosen from across the country.
“The Women in Leadership Scholarship program recognizes the most promising rising stars in the staffing and recruiting industry,” said Minnette Hostetler, chairman of the ASA Women in Leadership Scholarship program task force. “We look forward to helping Chloe grow her career by participating at Thrive: Live and Staffing World this October.”
Each recipient will attend two ASA events at no charge: THRIVE: Live at Staffing World 2022 preconvention program, Oct. 24-25, and Staffing World®, Oct. 25-27. Both events are taking place at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.
